Mykala exhibited the utmost professionalism and compassion. She was so kind and supportive on one of my hardest days. Her advocacy for S's care, without making it feel like a task on her checklist, is a quality in nurses that can easily be lost. I can see her maintaining that for the rest of her successful career.
