Myki was AMAZING!! This was a difficult day as this was an end-of-life situation. She showed compassion, empathy, and concern throughout the entire process. She sat with me and explained what was happening, and she was so patient. Never did I feel rushed when she sat with me. She is a wonderful person who sows the love of her profession and care of patients and caregivers. Afterward, she came back and hugged me, gave me a sense of peace, and told me that she and R would stay with her until the funeral home. I am so grateful that Myki was our nurse on this day. What a wonderful employee for your staff. Myki stayed with me while I made a very difficult decision and still stayed with me afterward. She didn't try to rush me, she didn't try to sway me, she didn't abandon us. Myki offered peace, comfort, and support. She was exactly what we needed.
