Mylynda showed impeccable care for a patient at the end of life. Specifically, the patient expired 30 minutes prior to her shift ending. She stayed an additional 2.5 hours until 9:30 pm on a Saturday night to stay with the patient's daughter as she waited for other family to arrive. This unbelievably kind act is compounded by the fact that she came back Sunday at 7:00 am to care for our patients. We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated, thoughtful, kind, and caring nurse on our staff.
