Myoshia’s pride and dedication as a patient care manager are unmatched. At the height of COVID, she was on the unit usually daily charging our floor days and nights. Handling her workload and assisting as a charge nurse and occasionally providing care to patients on the unit as a staff nurse. She is what we all would want in a boss; a wonderful caring nurse, an attentive and compassionate boss, a shoulder to lean on, and the voice of reason and rationality. There is not a day that goes by that the staff of 12WT is not grateful for her tireless leadership. If anyone deserves this award it is her.
