I recently had a procedure in the endoscopy suite and Myra was my post op nurse. Myra went out of her way to explain every part of the procedure to me and my family in great detail; she was very concerned with every detail, post op care, even calling me once I was discharged home. I also have been informed that Myra is an excellent co-worker to her fellow employees; she recognizes co-workers birthdays and Christmas.
