Myrlouse "Mimi" Vigne, RN

Mimi, as we like to call her, is an outstanding nurse who is making a big difference in everyday encounters with her patients, our physicians, and with all of her coworkers. I receive a lot of compliments from her patients about how she is extremely caring and always takes the time to know each of her patient's needs and how she gets everyone involved in their care. Last week I received a call from a patient's family member of one her patients who called to say how her mother was Mimi’s patient and she went above and beyond to provide the best care to her mother. Mimi called her and informed her of every step of recovery and went above and beyond, she also said that her mother needed some personal items to be washed and Mimi went ahead to do just that in front of her without any hesitation. The patient said she feels like Mimi was her daughter. This is just one of many stories I listen to about Mimi.

One doctor told me so many times how great of a nurse Mimi is and he feels great knowing she is taking care of his patients. Also, her coworkers, from RNs to PCTs to RTs have complimented her professionalism. I can say I'm very proud to work with such an amazing nurse from whom we can all learn something good.
