Marty Martin has been involved in developing the LPN role in the Patient Aligned Care Team in our Primary Care department. She is often noted to be a sincere patient advocate. She keeps in constant contact with high risk and complicated patients. She helps patients sort out their medication regimen and will assist them to gain all services that they may require. She displays exemplary customer service skills and is regarded highly by her co-workers.
