I came into the hospital for emergency surgery and I was scared and uncertain of what was going to happen to me. I had several nurses care for me, but Sook was my nurse the day of surgery. I woke up that morning feeling nervous, but Sook came to my bedside with a very gentle way and a smile on her face. She kept telling me everything was going to be okay and it would be all over with. She even gave me a warm hug before I went to surgery. When I returned to my room Sook was waiting for me with a big smile and said, "I'm so happy you're back" and had a special butterfly pillow waiting for me in my bed. I felt really groggy but knew I was happy to be back in my room safe with her as my nurse. Her cheery eyes and friendly personality made my first steps to recovery much easier. Just like a daisy she is a bright and cheerful person and makes you feel better just by being herself.
