From the moment I arrived from the ER to the 3rd Floor, Nacoya made me feel like she was a close relative welcoming me home. Her very sincere empathy to my situation and the positive "we got this" attitude put me immediately at ease and I knew I was in excellent, professional hands.
Her great smile and warmth won both my and my wife's hearts. From the moment I arrived until I said a sad (really!) goodbye, she exhibited personal and professional skills that should set the textbook example on how to administer to a patient.
