Nada used to confront the uncertainties of daily and annual changes in employee turnover as a nurse leader, but the NDNQI RN Engagement Survey result for the last two years has always been a source of pride. She efficiently communicates all developments, changes, and updates within the organization to her team, which pushes them to fulfill unit goals. She recognizes accomplishments, fosters a great work environment, and motivates her staff to achieve their full potential. She investigates her team's strengths and development requirements and has a thorough awareness of them.  Because of her leadership, their unit has achieved a high rating in patient satisfaction surveys despite having patients and families that have more demands than usual.
