My mother had not been to a doctor in over 40 years, and was very reluctant to go to one or any hospital for that matter. It was only until we absolutely had to go to the emergency room because she was at the point where she had no choice. It had become so difficult for her to breathe that she couldn't take more than a few steps before becoming exerted. Although "most" of the hospital staff was nice one nurse stood out above all else, Nadia Caldwell is beyond exceptional. Her nursing and bed-side manner made my mother feel at ease, welcomed and loved- not only as a patient but like a member of her own family. Her energy is a true comfort.

Nadia helped keep me calm when I felt anxious. She was a wonderful cheerleader when I felt I couldn't do something. She is a fantastic nurse.

Nadia always goes above and beyond. I can tell that she isn't here for the money. She is excellent. My husband has received the best care, and I can see him perk up when he hears Nadia's voice. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate each and every staff member in the ICU but especially Nadia for her compassion and her ability to truly care.
