Nadine is a nurse at the Royal Alexandra Hospital that influences many people through her hard work and dedication. She works on a unit that has many nurses that are just beginning their career. Nadine is a mentor and educator to these new staff and guides them through new experiences, busy times and difficult situations. She does all of this with composure and positivism. Nadine's co-workers are happy to be able to work with such a competent and caring nurse. She is able to mentor new staff members to several difficult tasks (Charge duties and patient care) due to her experience, all the while giving quality compassionate care to her patients.
