Nadine Marchi, DNP, RN, CNE, CRRN

Dr. Marchi goes above and beyond her duties as a professor to ensure her students learn. She has led after-hours review sessions and stayed late at the hospital on clinical days to debrief any issue. She is personally invested in the student outcomes and is extremely proactive with checking in on students throughout the day, despite having students working in three different areas of the hospital. Her attitude is inviting and students feel comfortable bringing any personal or professional issue to her attention. She is non-judgmental and immediately begins to work with students to improve their situations. She is not only a professor but a mentor. Her passion for nursing and upbeat personality is contagious and creates the perfect fun yet challenging learning environment.
