Nadine has gone above and beyond for a patient and his wife, both have special needs. Out of the kindness of her heart she helped the patient's wife bathe, brush her teeth, and wash her hair. One day she came in on her day off with bags of clothes, a brand new walker with a seat, shoes, poise pads and new underwear. She also sent the wife's clothes downstairs to be washed because she had had them on for several days.
The patient's wife could not stop smiling; she was so grateful. She told us her walker wheels broke about a month ago, and since then she has fallen. Now that she has a brand new walker, she will be safe.
The whole team is so very grateful for Nadine's compassion and caring heart.
