Nafisa is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. It felt like a good friend visiting every time she came in. I also was able to witness her interactions with student nurses; she was patient and kind and created a positive environment for learning.

There are countless situations where Nafisa has gone above and beyond as a charge nurse and has created an environment for learning. She always has positive energy and even when work is busy and stressful she maintains a calm and helping demeanor.

Nafisa is such a team player. She is always helping and/or educating someone. She is our work Mom. She makes sure everything is running smoothly and accordingly. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication she shows our team.
