Naglaa is a very talented and devoted nurse who always goes the extra mile. Due to maternity leave in the unit, she has stepped up with no experience. In her own time, she has shadowed and learned diabetes education. She is very devoted to her patients and gives exceptional care. She has very high patient satisfaction- very attentive and seeks help when needed. She worked on a quality project as she noticed that the patient results were not being reviewed by the physicians.
