Naina is such a hard-working nurse that works graveyard shifts in Rehab. The first night we had her as our nurse, she went above and beyond to make sure I was educated and that I was OK as a mom - that I was getting some self-care and that this only is for a season. I felt like she cared for me like we were family and she truly meant that. She made me feel so relieved with the care that she gave my child.
Naina was so good at making a connection with my son, who at the time wasn't able to communicate with his words but only had gestures with his hands. She was so great at making him feel important and giving him options and a voice in everything that was taking place. I didn't have to worry about her missing anything in my son's care, she was so thorough. My son now lights up when he sees her and they have this special bond as well as a special handshake, too.
She is a role model for other nurses. Her care was fantastic. Keep up the good work. You love what you do, and it shows. These kids are so lucky to have you.
