I received extraordinary care from Nairobi Franco during my recovery immediately following surgery. Just when I thought everything was OK, having walked to the bathroom with her assistance, Nairobi knew better and kept the door propped making me talk to her the whole time and when inevitably I passed out she didn’t let me fall. I don’t know how she could get to me so fast, but she saved me from a very serious post op terror and literally sang me to bed while transfusing me through the early morning hours. I am forever grateful to Nairobi for getting me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. She is the best! Thank you, Nairobi!
