Nakshun Petrosyan is a very caring, compassionate, professional nurse. She is a very easy nurse to communicate with. She was there to help us with this difficult pandemic time. She helped us to communicate with the staff who was procuring the birth certificate paperwork because we had some misunderstanding with the process. She was understanding and helping this new mother through breastfeeding; teaching her all the positions to use to feed the baby. She put all her effort to make the patient and visitor (me) feel comfortable. She came to the patient's room almost every hour to see if we needed anything.
