Nalina Singh, RN

Nalina goes above and beyond for ALL of our patients and families. Patients on and off her caseload love her. She always collaborates with all disciplines in order to provide the best care that in turn provides positive patient outcomes. She continually receives thanks from families. I am the MSW/bereavement coordinator for the branch, every bereavement call I make, the family wants me to thank her for her compassion and helpfulness. Families comment that she makes them feel so comfortable while caring for their loved ones. They feel so prepared because of Nalina. Recently, Nalina has been called an “angel” by the wife of a patient who passed and another family stated, “she was so kind, generous and thoughtful”. Nalina not only provides nursing care, but she also provides emotional care. Nalina overall improves the quality of life of every hospice patient she comes in contact with. Nalina is never “off duty”. If a family calls her on a day off, she is still willing to help in any way she can, and immediately. She will not wait until the next day, she will handle the situation right then and there. Nalina is so kind and all of us here in Englewood cherish her, including her patients.
