Since the first meeting with Nam four days ago, she has been outstanding. Outstanding service for my mother means patience, kindness, confidence, and the ability to listen and understand. This is what my family observed. When she was caring for my mother, every time we visited, we observed attention to detail to ensure that she was making progress in her recovery.

Nam allowed my mother to maintain her dignity and showed respect when rendering personal and hygienic care during bathroom trips. She engaged with our family and remained positive and encouraging even when my mother got naturally discouraged. In my mother's words, Nam has “a big heart and is excellent at providing care to others.” We hope that, as an organization, you continually recognize and reward this nurse for having exemplary nursing skills. Mom also shared she continually observed this nurse is also a hard worker.
