I was so lucky to have a nurse with such good instincts to tell me what I was going through and what to expect next. When I was sent home Nami Powers was right next to me explaining every medication dose, when to take them, and answered any question I had. She is very thoughtful and thorough. She introduced me to my CNA and, at the change of shift, my next nurse. She made sure I got PT and OT. Nami was very nice and a very concerned nurse, I was well taken care of. She made my hospital experience very positive, which gives a patient confidence when they leave. Many thanks to Nami for such wonderful care!
