My mom was admitted due to a severe fall and several fractured vertebrae. She was in a lot of pain and needed special care. Nancy, by far, stood above the rest. My mother is a very dignified woman and was very embarrassed that she needed such intimate assistance. Nancy was very aware of my mother's concern and took special care in preserving her dignity. Over the course of several days, Nancy's attitude never changed. She was always cheerful, kind, and ready to answer any questions that we had. My brother called Nancy an angel.
