Our team works with Nancy on a daily basis to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for medically complex patients. These children and their families face the daily challenge of providing direct care, juggling numerous appointments among multiple providers, managing multiple daily medications, and interpreting changes in health that can be incredibly challenging even for licensed medical providers. Needless to say, being the parent of a medically complex child is a demanding, full-time job. Nancy's job is to work with these families to make their child's medical care, and their family lives, as good as they can be.
