Nancy is the epitome of a caring, compassionate, extremely patient care giver. Nancy's overall positivity and responsiveness to my and my family's needs made a big difference in our hospital experience. She very thoroughly and patiently explained all procedures - changing IV meds, anticipated tests with a wonderful smile. She willingly provided anything requested from water, ice, snacks, and even a cot for my wife. My wife felt welcomed and part of my treatment, which is important to me.
