Nancy has been a nurse for more than 30 years and received many accolades and is the embodiment of Chamberlain Care. Whether holding the hand of a patient going through grueling Chemo or dealing with a limited budget without improvising patient care, her integrity speaks for itself. She will drop anything and stay for an additional shift to help a young nurse, stay late if the IP team is overwhelmed, or volunteer to work a health fair on a weekend.
