Nancy was so helpful and pleasant and encouraging each time she entered my room. She answered any questions I had and was always more than willing to get me anything I needed. It was obvious she enjoyed her job as a nurse, and I have great respect for that quality in this day and age. Thank you for a very comfortable stay at your facility.
