Nancy is always ready and willing to help patients, their families, and co-workers. She sees every patient in the facility as her responsibility. She consistently helps to support other staff's patients showing care and compassion. Nancy supports new graduate nurses as a preceptor and she encourages their growth in their new role. Her strength and grace as a nurse is a tribute to nursing.
