Nancy Dias, PhD, RN
Dr. Dias joined the ECUCON faculty in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in research, bereavement, and palliative care. Dr. Dias “exemplifies her dedication to the profession both for her students and colleagues”. Mentors undergraduate and graduate students; publication support; dissertation committees; active research; service. As the lead faculty in the master’s level research course, “she inspires nurses to realize the value of research in their practice”. She is a role model to students and peers and continues to contribute to the science of nursing on a daily basis. Dr. Dias is highly deserving of the DAISY Award for Faculty.
