From the minute a patient enters the PACU from the OR, Nancy greets them with her caring touch and soft reassuring voice letting them know they are safe. She is also an excellent clinician with a broad knowledge base and exemplary clinical skills. As the patient awakens more, she is already preparing them for what to expect and begins initiating discharge instructions. She embraces the family as an integral part of the patient's care plan. She is a wealth of information and it is a blessing to work with her. Nancy is respected by her many peers and physicians she works with on a daily basis.
