Nancy had a call from a member who recently experienced a tragic moment in her life. She provided this member with great compassion, empathy, and care. The member lost connection and Nancy followed up with member to ensure she had same day care. It was a tough call to listen to, and you can hear the genuine concern in Nancy's voice. She was amazing!
