Nancy is a level II RN in the CAS. She consistently takes on projects to advance the knowledge, efficiency, and well-being of staff members. One project she completed recently was to prepare an "OR Information book." This book is kept in each of 12 rooms and contains updates on new OR processes. This is tabbed with a table of contents and each book in each room updated weekly. She also headed a project for the unit which involved collecting recipes from all staff members. She had the cookbook printed with all recipes and a copy of CASual eating was given to each staff member.
