Nancy Franz, RN

Nancy is phenomenal. She is compassionate and caring. She calls you back immediately if you message on NorthShore Connect. She truly listens and doesn’t rush you. She will reach out to Dr. H to get the answers for you and call you back. She will stop in to say hello if she is available when I have an appointment. She’s promptly assisting in scheduling injections and scheduling follow-up appointments. I did hear recently she is part-time. I hope new employees can follow in her footsteps. She’s a gem.
