My mom was back in the hospital again related to an infection (she has stage 4 lung cancer) and low oxygen. We had a couple of nurses before Nancy. Wow, what a change for the better! Nancy went above & beyond her RN duties, cleaning up my mom without calling the aide to do it. Nancy was compassionate towards all my family. She was empathetic in helping to understand my mom’s diagnoses and situation. Nancy was gentle, understanding, always smiling and had a great disposition in working with my mom. Nancy didn’t talk down to my mom or family. Nancy recognized my mom’s needs before being asked and just took care of them.
