My 90 year old mother broke her hip and Nancy was the ER nurse. Nancy explained everything that had to be done to my mother with patience, kindness and compassion. She quickly responded to the doctor's request for stronger pain medication for my mother. She held my mother's hand through painful movements, got her food (added some for me)and made me so glad we had requested Parkview as our hospital.
