Nancy was not only kind, but she also took the time to listen to what I way saying. She answered my questions without making me feel like I was taking up her time. When helping me she did not rush me. She made a scary stay easier. The tone of her voice was always kind and caring. She is everything a good nurse should be.

Nancy being fully present with each interaction with Mom made the difference. Mom was so scared and unable to follow quick questions. This made her ability to keep up with what was going on very hard. She was starting to become afraid of being alone while recovering here. Nancy turned that around and I am very grateful.
