Nancy not only took wonderful care of my nephew, but she helped us, the family, out as well. She made us all feel so much more at ease. My finger cut open from all the handwashing and she put the band aid on for me. She went far above and beyond what a person might expect of a nurse. Even my nephew was most comfortable with her. He is hesitant about nurses and doctors, but Nancy seemed to have a way about her that made him comfortable about getting IV's out, blood pressure taken, vomit cleaned up etc. She is amazing.
