Nancy was the charge nurse one evening when one of the patient's went into cardiac arrest & was transferred to ICU. Nancy exhibited teamwork and commitment as she followed the patient to ICU assisting the ICU staff not only with this patient, but giving medicines and caring for other ICU patients during a very busy time in ICU. Nancy is always a team player showing compassion and respect to all her patient.
