I was struggling with not knowing what was going on outside. It kept sending me into a panic but she said a couple simple words - “Don’t borrow stress and anxiety from the future”, and that simple saying carried me through the week. Without those words sitting in the back of my head, I would have completely given in with no desire to pull myself out.
