I work with and under the supervision of Nancy. The specifics are too many to mention. I have watched Nancy step up in any situation regardless of her already packed work load. I have watched her care for her patients, creating an atmosphere very conducive to healing. I have watched her strive to address all of the concerns of her team(s), no matter how minute. Nancy isan inspiration to me as a nurse. She exemplifies what a great nurse should be. I am proud to call her "boss."
