Nancy Lee RN took the time to sit down with us as a family and explained the end of life process that we may be observing and experiencing as our mother approached death. Ms. Lee shared from a similar experience she faced a year ago and answered a lot of our questions. She was very good at caring for our mom and communicated very well with us as family members. It was quite evident that Ms. Lee went above and beyond her duties to ensure our mom's comfort and helped us walk through this scary and sad time. She is truly a valuable employee to St. Luke's and represents the type of care that St. Luke's strives to have their employees demonstrate. We are eternally grateful for Ms. Lee and her genuine empathy and concern she demonstrated toward us and toward our mom.
