Thank you Nancy Moore! This was our first experience with Luckow/Same Day Surgery. I brought my 5-year-old son and was so pleasantly surprised from start to finish. It was very short, but the thought of surgery on a 5-year-old is traumatizing. He handled it great, I was a mess. That was until Nancy came in! Nancy came in every few minutes to check on us, see how we were doing, and explain step by step what happens next. After they took him in to surgery. Nancy stayed with me while I pulled myself together and had me go get something to eat. She even came and checked on him while in recovery. I am so very grateful to have had Nancy there that day. I don't think I could have gotten through it without her! Thank you Nancy!
