I cannot say enough good things about Nancy "The Closer". She is an inspiration to our unit. For the last two years in LND, Nancy has proven herself to be a compassionate nurse and exemplary employee. Most recently, Nancy willingly accepted a difficult assignment. Her caring and compassionate nature shined again as the night dragged on. She treated her patient with the utmost respect and patience, never showing frustration. She took extra time with the patient to ensure the patient's comfort and ease the patient's anxieties. She has the passion and kindness that can turn around the most difficult situations.
