It was that dedication and passion toward the care of our mother that made a world of difference to us during that frightening and most challenging time.
Our mother was recently a patient at the hospital where she was in serious condition with fluid buildup outside of her lungs as she struggled to improve physically. It was a testament to the great care of the medical staff to make the decisive decision that mattered most to her successful road to recovery. Her condition had gotten so serious as it was life-threatening and the intervention of nurse Nancy, doctors, and other staff that probably surely saved her life. Nurse Nancy was so very attentive to all the many various needs and made sure our mom was getting such great care in the ICU as her patient. Her continued positive behavior and skill in encouraging our mom to do the many necessary things to improve her condition were so very meaningful, beneficial, and appreciated. She explained things along the way so we could have a better understanding of the great many things that were happening. The medical staff exhibited such knowledge and understanding in making decisive decisions at the right times as they monitored our mom's recovery progress. It was that dedication and passion toward the care of our mother that made a world of difference to us during that frightening and most challenging time. Thanks to God and Nurse Nancy, the great doctors, and the nursing staff for the great care she received during her hospital stay.

Our story doesn’t end there. Our father was also admitted into the hospital as our mother was improving. His condition was equally diagnosed as a serious condition. It was Nurse Nancy again who was there to make a world of difference to our family through her great passion of being a nurse who truly makes a difference to our family through her great passion of being a nurse who truly makes a difference. Our family is so very thankful for her dedication to doing everything and beyond for the patient's care. You have a great purpose in the lives you touch by being that front-line representative for your hospital and representing great care to your patients. Thank you so very much for all of what you do to make a difference in patients' lives.
