"My Ms. Nancy" I call her that because she is everything to me. I was going to quit chemo and let life take its course. I was so fed up with the after effects and pills and only having 4 days of good out of every two weeks. I mean I'm a veteran and veterans take care of others. I had told God I was on my way. I was ready to just walk out in my pasture and put a bullet in my head. But I stopped and thought about My Ms. Nancy and everything she had done for me. Then I called her and she told me don't give up and to keep fighting. She told me about new drugs and how good I was doing. She made me understand and settle down to the point that I really was ok. Only because of Ms. Nancy I'm going to do more chemo. She is my hero. Just like I was on the battlefield in Iraq; she is a soldier in my book. I love My Ms. Nancy.
