Nancy Neal has been with our Hospice agency for several years and has served many patients and families in the Inpatient Hospice Unit (IPU). Through the years, she has made it a priority to recognize and celebrate fellow teammates on their birthdays and on other important events in their lives. She has also spent many hours through the years organizing the medication room and the IPU. Nancy has precepted many of our nurses over the years. She served on the Unit Based Council which involves frontline nurses in process improvement. Nancy is an Extraordinary Nurse for the care of her teammates and her patients/families.
