Nancy Nuss, RN

I came to the hospital with a bowel obstruction and a kink in my intestines. I was in pain and vomiting. Nancy treated me better with more compassion, kindness, and effectiveness than my own mother would have done. She was also my warrior when my care plan needed some fine tuning. She made sure those improvements were made. It took tenacity and dogged determination to make that happen, but she never stopped trying. She was my one bright spot in a very dark stretch of days. I will remember her forever.
