I nominate Nancy for the DAISY award because she always takes patients best interests to heart and works for their care. Each patient receives the benefit of the doubt and an equal shot at the best care. She takes advocacy to the next level. Recently, Nancy advocated for a suicidal teen when her disruptive mother came into the hospital.
