Nancy was amazing. I am 70 years old and have never been in the hospital for an illness. Nancy took the time to explain procedures that were ordered and the reasons that they were scheduled. Since my stay lasted eleven days, I was scared. Nancy held my hand and assured me that all would be okay. All the nurses and techs were great, but Nancy went the extra mile. She deserves to be recognized!
