My mother, who is 82 years old had emergent triple bypass surgery in July and Nancy was the first nurse to come to our family after my mother's surgery. She explained to us what we were going to see in the ICU room, everything my mom was hooked up to, the importance of why my family needed to go home and get rest and that my mother would be sleeping through the night. Nancy was very professional, direct, compassionate, informative, and absolutely wonderful. My mother was in ICU for 6 days and Nancy took care of her a few more shifts. She even took the time to come and see my mom on the 2nd floor. She is a wonderful nurse.
